I have already booked a rental car, can I make changes?

You can make changes or amendments to your booking at any time up to 48 hours before your pickup date.

What am I allowed to change on my car rental booking?

  • You can change the dates
  • You can change the pick-up or drop-off location (or both)

Simple click on the “Manage Booking” option and you can do this online or speak with an agent.

Do I have to pay for changes to my car rental booking?

We do not charge an administration fee for amendments which you make up to 48 hours before you pick-up date. However, the changes that you make could affect the price of your booking (longer trip, bigger car, different location etc). You will be required to pay any price difference.

Can I cancel my car rental booking?

Cars rented on come with a free cancellation charge for cancellations made up to 48 hours before your pickup date. For your exact terms and conditions please look at your rental car voucher.
